The Algae4IBD team recently met in Faro to share progress on unlocking algae’s potential for health and nutrition. 

From testing algae compounds for probiotic, prebiotic, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and pain-relieving properties, to developing foods that contain bioactive compounds, we’re seeing promising results.
