Algaia has always been keen to work on the education of the young generations about seaweed and its ever-evolving potential.

This is why we were glad to open our Lannilis premisses to Na Petra Ta (What then? in breton), a TV crew in charge of an educational science children program…in breton language. From seaweed farming to the numerous applications, the show browsed through all the steps of the process.

Our beloved super-heroes, Manu and Gulu, were obviously invited on the set. Their smiling faces proved very helpful in explaining the subtleties between a gelling agent and a thickening agent.

The program combined on-site shots to explain the context and studio shots for the educational part.

Altogether, it was a lively show conducted by two young breton-speaking presentators who cover many science-related topics from the Brittany region.
