L&rsquo;objectif \u00e9tait de r\u00e9aliser des fromages \u00e0 tartiner avec un positionnement plus naturel gr\u00e2ce aux alginates Algaia.<br>Enil a mis \u00e0 disposition ses capacit\u00e9s de production pilote afin qu&rsquo;Algaia puisse mener \u00e0 bien ses essais.
