With 91 out of 100, the company is ranking amongst the best performers in France. The index is calculated by all the French companies using four main indicators.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cAt Algaia, people is our most important asset.&#8221; declared Fabrice Bohin, Algaia&#8217;s CEO.&#8221; Our company is global and we want our team to be as diverse as possible in gender, in experience, in nationality. This is our way to go beyond traditional boundaries. The company lost some points due to a gap in salary in favour of women with higher wages at technician level. However, this gap turns in favour of men at executive level. Some room for improvement also for female executive with only 30% women among the 10 highest wages within the company.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Version fran\u00e7aise<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Algaia parmi les entreprises fran\u00e7aises les plus performantes pour l&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 hommes-femmes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Algaia a publi\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats de son indice d&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 homme-femme ce mois-ci. Nous faisons activement la promotion de la diversit\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les niveaux de notre organisation, depuis les op\u00e9rateurs jusqu&#8217;aux cadres. &#8220;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reflet de l&#8217;attention port\u00e9e depuis longtemps par Algaia \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes, l&#8217;entreprise a obtenu les notes les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des augmentations individuelles de salaire\u00a0 et de pourcentage d&#8217;employ\u00e9es ayant eu une augmentation apr\u00e8s un cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9. L&#8217;entreprise a perdu quelques points en raison d&#8217;un \u00e9cart de salaire en faveur des femmes qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de salaires plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s au niveau des techniciens. Cependant, cet \u00e9cart tourne en faveur des hommes au niveau cadre.
